Victoria Del Federico
Tor is an articulate, intelligent and family orientated school leader, with a personal passion for English Literature. Tor joins us from her role as Vice Principal
at the prestigious Collège Alpin Beau Soleil, Switzerland, which is another member of the Nord Anglia Education family of schools. During her four years in Switzerland, she undertook the Nord Anglia Education Aspiring Principal development programme, so when the opportunity arose at Beau Soli to stand in as acting Principal, she fully embraced the challenge and proved to be an inspiring and strong leader.
Tor gained her first-class degree in English Literature and masters degree in Twentieth Century Literature, both at the University of Sussex, in England. She then began her teaching career as Head of English at Ardingly College, for five years, before progressing to Director of Teaching and Learning at Roedean School, Brighton, England. It was then Tor and her family decided to travel internationally when she was offered her Executive Leadership post at the world-renowned Beau Soleil.
Tor has two children studying BSY, Silvester in Year 7, and Tallulah, in Year 5. Husband Gabriele is a Graphic Designer and together the family enjoying skiing, water sports and exploring new places.
