Outstanding results achieved by our IB Diploma students for the 2020/21 academic year

Our entire school community is excited to share the exceptional IB results achieved by our Class of 2021 in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). For the 2020/21 academic school year, NAISR achieved an outstanding IBDP pass rate of 100%, with the highest score achieved an incredible 43 points. Impressively, the NAISR average IBDP score was 36.9 points, the school’s best ever result and significantly higher than the IB global average of 33.02 points, widening the gap between NAISR and other IB schools around the world. 

NAISR IB Diploma Result Highlights for 2021

Our 2021 IBDP results showcase a number of impressive statistics for this cohort, both on an individual level and collectively:

• Our students’ average score in the IB Diploma was 36.9, the school’s best ever results and 10% higher than the 2021 world average.

• 35% of NAISR IBDP students achieved 40 points or more, a result achieved by just 9% of IBDP graduates worldwide this year. This is the level of attainment required to gain admission to the world's elite universities, such as Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard and Stanford.

• Our top points scorer achieved an incredible 43 points, an all-time joint record for NAISR. After attending NAISR for 6 years, this student will now be heading to Erasmus University School of Management to study International Business Management.

• 60% of our students obtained a bilingual diploma, giving them a significant advantage when choosing universities and entering employment.

• 100% pass rate, compared to the world average of 89% in 2021.

Our students achieve more than they may have thought possible. We believe there is no limit to what students can achieve socially, personally and academically. This year, our students’ academic results reflect our shared commitment to excellence in this area.
