Ana Nunes

Ana Nunes

Head of IPC

Ana is a true Third Culture Kid, whose parents are originally from Portugal, though she was born in Rhodesia and has lived around the world in many countries including Mozambique, South Africa, Macau, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. 

Her passion for international education has also taken her travelling with her daughter across the world. Before joining NAISR, Ana worked at St. Julian's School and St. Dominic's International School in Portugal, Park School in Bournemouth, United Kingdom, The British School of Cordoba in Spain, and the International School of Brunei on Borneo island. 

She joined NAISR in 2015 as an Upper Elementary teacher and Leader of the Elementary Student Council, with a strong, passionate focus on student learning, autonomy and leadership. In 2016, Ana took on the role of Head of the IPC Curriculum, overseeing the development, delivery and evaluation of our IPC curriculum. In 2017, Ana joined the Works Council and coaching basketball after school.
