Rose Vu

English & Social Studies Teacher, Grade 8 Homeroom and IMYC Coordinator

Rose was born in Vietnam and migrated with her family to Australia at the age of 11, where she completed her schooling and University education.

She started her teaching career in South Korea back in 2010 as an EAL teacher. After almost 4 years of teaching middle school students in Incheon, she moved back to Australia to complete her Master of Teaching. She continued to work as an English, EAL and Social Studies teacher for 4 years in secondary schools in Melbourne, before moving to the Netherlands. She began teaching at NAISR in February 2019.

Her teaching journey has taught her to continually improve her skills and knowledge as a teacher, to inspire students to become life long learners, and most importantly to build relationships with her students and teaching community. She is very happy to be a part of the NAISR community, where she can pursue her passion for teaching and learning.
