Adam grew up on Long Island and his parents instilled the love of sports and fitness into his life. He knew he wanted to be a physical education teacher from an early age. Throughout his childhood, Adam enjoyed playing soccer, tennis and baseball, and in high school, spent his summers working at day camps. Adam earned his Bachelor's degree from LIU C.W. Post and a Master's degree from Brooklyn College.
With years of experience teaching nursery to grade 8, Adam knows the importance of a positive physical education experience and always strives in providing fun, active and knowledgeable experiences for everyone. His vision has always been to teach the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle and create a welcoming environment for students of all athletic abilities. He loves seeing the growth and improvement students make throughout the year and is very excited to be a part of the NAISNY family.
When not in school, Adam loves to travel with his wife and enjoys reading and writing. He is also a big English Premier League Soccer fan.
