Eileen obtained a Master’s degree in Education at Flinders University and a Bachelor degree in Chinese literature at Hunan Normal University. She also achieved Professional Senior Teaching Certificates both for teaching Mandarin as the first language and second language.

Iris' love for teaching and flair for Chinese Language led her to attain a Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages from East China Normal University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese (majoring in Teaching Chinese as A Second Language) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China.
Tracy Hey has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur and a Master’s Degree from the Shanghai Jiaotong University in China.
Judy graduated from University of York, with a Master's Degree in Educational Studies and completed her PGCEi course through the University of Nottingham. Prior to this, she gained a BA in English Literature and Linguistics.
Wen Jing gained her teaching qualifications at Monash University, Melbourne, studying a Graduate Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Economics.
Han Wang has a Master’s of Arts in Linguistics from the University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from Harbin Normal University in China. He has over 13 years of experience teaching Mandarin Chinese.
Pan Ye gained her teaching qualifications at the Jinan University, China, studying education, where she specialised in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
