Johnathon Clarke

Johnathon Clarke

Year 3 Class Teacher (3JC)

Johnathon graduated from De Montfort University in 2014 after studying Business and Management BA (hons) and then completed his PGCE in Early Years with Mathematics specialism at Birmingham City University.

Following his teacher training, Johnathon worked in Coventry and has experience teaching both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. In his previous role, Johnathon was a teacher governor where he monitored the impact of whole class reading approaches.

Johnathon is particularly passionate about maths, but as an advocate for the arts he also enjoys teaching through drama and play. Johnathon has a dynamic teaching style and believes in balancing high standards with an engaging and nurturing environment to support young people in meeting their potential.

Outside of school, Johnathon enjoys travelling, visiting the theatre and playing board games with friends. His other hobbies include cooking and gardening.
