Since the beginning of this half term, the children in F3 have been explicitly learning phonics.
We began by introducing the letters and learning the sound they made through a variety of fun activities. We have learnt around 15 sounds and have now started to blend and segment these together to make and read words.
The children are all so excited that they are beginning to read and write. Have a look at the photos and see what fantastic work the children in F3 have been doing! The teachers are very proud of their hard work and progress!
