APP Talk 4 Writing in EYFS (T4W)

In EYFS this term, we have been have a lovely time learning our Talk 4 Writing (T4W) stories. 

In F1, the children have been focusing on ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’, in F2 the children have been reading ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ and in F3 we have been reading ‘Elmer’ and ‘Mr Gumpy’s Outing’. The children have been involved in an array of exciting activities linked to these stories including a sensory walk (F1), creating a crime scene and investigation area (F2) and sharing their own versions of stories with their parents (F3).

We have been amazed to see how our children’s confidence has developed through learning to tell the stories with actions, acting out the story and making up our own stories.  We can’t wait to continue our T4W work in Term 3!
