Healthy Nutrition: Family Workshop

Fundinotots, in collaboration with Family Medical Practice, is proud to co-host a workshop on Healthy Nutrition and Good Eating Habits with paediatrician Dr. Jonathan Halevy.

With rapid urbanization and the development of modern lifestyles, many parents in Ho Chi Minh City now face difficulties in properly feeding their children. Our expert paediatrician will address Nutrition, Good Eating Habits, and answer any questions on the following topics:

• Detecting and avoiding feeding disorders
• Golden rules for healthy eating
• How to deal with picky eating
• Nutrition in the first year of life
• Vitamins, food allergies, and dangerous food
• Obesity

The workshop will be in the form of a 45-minute talk followed by a Q&A session. Refreshments will be provided.

Dr. Jonathan Halevy, Paediatrician

A published author on issues in paediatric care, Dr. Jonathan first joined Family Medical Practice in 2005. He is frequently invited by the local community to conduct health talks, having addressed many schools and parent groups on paediatric health and other medical topics. His Vietnamese-language book Nuoi con sao cho dung on the subject of children's health was released by Alphabooks in 2015.

Dr. Jonathan received his degree from the Sackler School of Medicine of Tel Aviv University, and then underwent his residency in the Paediatric Department of the Wolfson Medical Centre in Israel, earning his certification as a specialist in paediatrics.
