Staff Profile: Anna Blair

Year 1 Teacher / Art & Display Leader

I loved my teachers when I was at primary school. This inspired me to pursue teaching as my profession. After I travelled South East Asia, I decided to make the move from London.

BA (Hons) English Language & Literature, Lancaster University, UK

PGCE Primary, Durham University, UK

Anna Joined BIS in 2014. She completed her PGCE at Durham University and spent her first year teaching Year 1 at a local school. In 2011 she moved to London and spent three years working at the newly opened school; Canary Wharf College, teaching Year 1 and Year 3. Here she enjoyed taking roles in assisting assessment and being History and Art co-ordinator. Anna’s interests include running, baking, seeing live music and traveling.
