Staff Profile: Paula Phipps


Year 3 Teacher

When my children were small I volunteered and helped out at their primary school. It was my experience there that made me decide to train as a teacher. Once my youngest child started school full time I went to study for my B.ed. It was a great decision to make!

Paula has many years of teaching and leadership experience, more than she likes to admit. She has worked in Birmingham and Walsall, UK, and more recently in Mexico City, Shanghai and Beijing in China. Paula has worked with children across the Primary years including those with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

In her spare time Paula enjoys reading, walking, photography, travelling and catching up with friends and family.
