News from Head of Early Years Centre, Michelle Stevens

13 February 2015

  • Nursery Children playing in the snow

‘Time flies when you are having fun,’ this has been true for the past six weeks at Dąbrowskiego, our early years centre. I cannot believe that we are half way through the spring term already. I have seen the progress of our students and wish to congratulate them on their hard work and perseverance thus far. It has been a joy to pop into lessons and see students and staff who are actively engaged in teaching and learning. When you walk around Dabrowskiego and look at the displays and the work being done in class, it makes you realise just how far each and every student has come on their learning journey. I am extremely proud of their achievements.

This would not be possible without the support of you as the parents; your input on a daily basis is greatly welcomed and appreciated. Your involvement in school has improved the achievement of your child and has allowed them to value their learning journey. I believe that your perceptions of the school are mostly positive and there are stronger ties and commitment to the school, for this I wish to thank you.

I trust you will enjoy the winter break with your family and for those of you who are travelling; we wish you a safe trip.
