Do you know how much sugar we can eat per day?

Children in Year 1 went to Little Chefs to learn about healthy eating. They made delicious Spring Rolls using fresh ingredients.

They also learned that on average a  child eats 58 teaspoons (!!!) of sugar per day although the limit is 5!

Children in Year 1 now know that they can replace the sugar with honey and sweet fruit.
