Message from our Head of IBDP

In the busy world of an IB student, it is important that they find time for themselves.

Many of our students fill their evenings and weekends with sport. It allows students to switch off from their studies and focus on something else. It fulfils aspects of their CAS commitments and helps stimulate the production of endorphins in the body. This week is a prime example of this.

In the last week, we have had our students competing for the school in both U19 football and U19 volleyball teams. Team sport as we know fulfils all aspects of well-being; physical, mental and social and watching (and coaching) the teams this week it is evident that the students value both the concepts of the sport that they play, and fully appreciate their teammates efforts and commitments. It is also nice when you win!

Good luck to all teams playing this weekend.
