Tanzania Update

Our students received a a lovely Thank You letter from Ms Rebecca Jackson from the Seeway charity organisation based in Tanzania which we'd like to share with you

“Dear Kari,

I hope you had a good journey back to Warsaw!

We wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Konstancja, and the rest of the students for giving so generously to help your goat shed family.

In fact the $253 was enough to buy roofing materials not only for the family Konstancja worked with, but also the neighbouring family too, who were also receiving a goat shed.

Sarah and Martina went there earlier this week to deliver corrugated iron and nails. Both families were so grateful! What a difference you have made to their lives. I have attached see photos taken by Sarah.

Thank you to you and your team too, for the generosity shown during the donut fundraiser - during the week we raised just under $800, which means we can not only support the vulnerable family with more nutritious food, but also try and arrange medical help for the mentally challenged mother, and help with school fees etc…

We really enjoyed working with you, your team, and everyone else on Expedition 10 - it was a wonderful week, and so much was achieved. “

Best wishes,

Rebecca Jackson
