9520 students took part in the competition from 668 schools worldwide.
The competition, administered by the Royal Society of Biology, allows students to demonstrate their knowledge by offering a wide ranging syllabus with students facing two, 45 minute tests.
All of the students did superbly well and are commended for their efforts.
Furthermore, John B. received a Bronze award, Adam K. and Gabriel P. achieved Silver awards, and Alicja H. achieved a Gold award (placing her amongst the top 6% of students in the world).
Congratulations to all the students who took on the challenge.
