Irene Subero

Irene Subero

Spanish Teacher

My name is Irene Subero, and I have been teaching Spanish at BISW since 2017. Before coming to BISW, I worked for five years in Toulouse and for seven years in Frankfurt International School where I was also Head of Department. I enjoy bringing your children to discover and learn the Spanish culture and language.I was born in La Rioja, Spain, and studied Spanish Philology at the University of Salamanca.

I have three children that you might meet at the school, Alex, Lucia, and Julia. Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading and traveling. As a traveler, I enjoy being in contact with students from all over the world.
