My areas of expertise include recruitment and retention, recruitment marketing, employee recognition, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
I began my employment with BISW in the Summer of 2018. I serve as the HR representative for the school, which includes: planning, developing, and directing the administration of all HR functions; facilitating compensation analyses, managing training development programs; and managing the performance appraisal process. Additionally, I ensure that policies and procedures are properly applied and maintained while complying with US and local laws and requirements. I obtained my educational training at Trinity University and Catholic University in the District of Columbia and continues to learn and develop her passion for working with individuals to bring about a positive change within the work environment.
I am a native of New Jersey and have lived in the Metropolitan area for over 15 years. I am a devoted wife and friend. In my spare time, I enjoy the performing arts, going to museums, writing and traveling abroad. I've also worked in in the Social Services field as an Advocate and Case Manager.
