Regents International School Pattaya was invited by the British Embassy to design a showcase to celebrate a British innovator for a special Queen's Birthday Party held in Bangkok last night.

While many of us will be relaxing on holiday in August, Regents International School Pattaya Year 12 student, Nikolay Poklonskii, will be attending a two week Business and Management Course at the prestigious Oxford Academy.

From a potential pool of over 30,000 Nord Anglia Education students, 82 have been selected to represent NAE in a United Nations High Level Political Forum in New York in July, including Regents Head Boy and Girl, Osman Tatrokov and Saliha Rehanaz. Of the 82 selected students, Osman is just one of eight who have been chosen to speak, and the only student from a school in Thailand.

Regents International School Pattaya had nine finalists in the Global Campus Visual Arts Competition, more than any other school in the Nord Anglia Education group. Amongst our finalists was the overall winner, Elina Smyth.

Regents International School Pattaya's award winning Design & Technology team is once again demonstrating that they are at the cutting edge of 21st century teaching with their Robotics Workshop which is taking place this week.

Regents International School Pattaya hosted a hugely successful 2017 Primary FOBISIA Games over the weekend. The Games attracted Year 5 and 6 athletes from the International School Brunei, North London Collegiate Jeju, Harrow International School Beijing, the International School Penang Uplands Malaysia and St Andrews Bangkok. Yesterday morning the Year 12 IB Geography students set off at 5.00am to Koh Phi Phi to collect data for their Geography IA. This piece of work is worth up to 25% of their final IB Grade.

On 22nd March, 7 students from Years 10 and 12 plus 2 teachers set-off for the Kingdom of Nepal to take part in an Eco Conference hosted by the British School of Kathmandu. Sixty –five students from 8 international schools across the Asia-Pacific region including those from schools in Korea, Malaysia and Thailand.

It is with much pleasure that Nord Anglia Education announces that Ms Sarah Osborne-James has been appointed Principal of Regents International School Pattaya. Ms Osborne-James will take up her position from August 2017.

The final performance last night of this year's secondary production was a most rewarding experience for performers and audience alike, and provided yet another reminder of the extraordinary talents and courage of the students of Regents International School Pattaya.
