The in-school activity is a chance for hundreds of students from our family of schools to take part in a specially designed challenge that promotes hands-on learning.

We are delighted to be working in association with Imperial College London, one of the world’s leading universities and Practical Action, a charity that works to find practical solutions to poverty. The challenge will develop students’ research skills and encourage them to think about key global issues like sustainability. They will have the opportunity to take the lead as well as collaborate with others.

The competition will provide opportunities for students to investigate real life problems and apply their critical thinking skills to solving them. Students will need to be creative when designing their solutions and persevere to find the one that works. We are looking forward to seeing what solutions the students come up with! Entries will be judged by our panel of experts which includes PhD students from Imperial College, London.
