PACKAGE INFORMATION, FEES, AND INSURANCE

Performing Arts Festival Student Package

Our Performing Arts Festival package includes the following:

• Round-trip flight transportation and bus transfers to/from Orlando airport
• Round-trip ground transportation to Orlando for North Broward Preparatory students
• Daily bus service in Orlando from the hotel to Universal Orlando Workshops, Windermere Preparatory School, and to activities
• Hotel accommodation (except for Windermere Preparatory School students)
• Overnight private security guards at the hotels
• Meals from dinner on Friday, March 5, through breakfast on Tuesday, March 9
• Daily entertainment: Professional Performance and two Disney theme parks
• Performing Arts Festival uniform t-shirts, festival hat, sweatshirt, luggage tag, and swag bag
• Workshops at Windermere Preparatory School and Disney Imagination Campus
• Chaperone fee

Performing Arts Festival Package Fees

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments may be made by credit card only. U.S. bank account holders also have the option to pay by eCheck. 

Package fees may be paid in full at the time of registration or through a three-installment payment plan. Payment information is required during the registration process. 

Families who select the installment plan will be charged one-third of the total registration fee at the time of registration, with the remaining balance charged in two equal monthly installments. An installment fee applies to all payment plan transactions. 

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as transparent as possible about our cancellation terms. As our events involve coordination with third-party vendors who have strict contractual policies, the following cancellation terms apply: 

From registration through November 18: 

Cancellations made during this period will incur a $500 fee 

From November 18 through January 27: 

Cancellations made during this period will incur a $500 fee, in addition to the full cost of the participant’s flight ticket, which is non-refundable and non-transferable in accordance with applicable airline fare rules. 

From January 28 through the departure date: 

Cancellations made during this period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. The event fee is non-refundable, regardless of reason or circumstances, including injury or illness. 

Because of this policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which may provide coverage for unexpected situations such as medical issues, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events. 

Individual Insurance Coverage  

Travel insurance is not included in the registration fee. We strongly recommend that all families purchase individual travel insurance coverage.

Important Reminder 
We strongly encourage families to purchase travel insurance as soon as possible after registering. Performing Arts Festival package fees are subject to the published cancellation policy, and refunds may not be available for cancellations due to illness, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
 
Travel insurance may help protect your investment if your child is unable to attend the 2027 Performing Arts Festival.
