Jack completed his teachers training in London, United Kingdom at Roehampton University. Once qualified, Jack started his teaching career in inner London, teaching year four. During this time, Jack was appointed as the subject leader for science. In this role, Jack redesigned the curriculum, having a particular focus on ensuring children were given ample opportunities to work scientifically. After two years, Jack decided to relocated to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. Jack taught at a British International School for four years, starting in key stage two before moving to key stage one and teaching year one for two years. Whilst at this school, Jack was also appointed as the science subject leader. Again, Jack focused on developing opportunities for working scientifically and promoting science throughout the school and local community; through parent workshops, health fairs and STEAM days. In his spare time, Jack enjoys keeping fit and by going to the gym and seeking adventures through hiking and climbing.
