James Syner

Year 4I Teacher

Mr Syner holds a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln (UK) and a PGCE from the University of Exeter (Art and Design specialism).

He has 8 years of experience teaching English and the key stage 2 primary curriculum in Barcelona, London and Bristol. During James’ teaching career he has been a phase leader for upper key stage 2, coordinator of computing, year group leader for years 4, 5 and 6 and Lead Practitioner. Before embarking on his teaching career, Mr Syner worked as a graphic designer and art director in London. He arrived in Thailand in 2017 and feels honoured to be part of the Regents community. Outside of school he enjoys being with his wife and two children, reading and taking part in many outdoor pursuits.
