Craig Rishworth

EAL Teacher

Craig Rishworth - BComm, Secondary PGCE, CELTA, TEFL

Craig feels honoured to be welcomed onto the Regents staff. In the short time that he has spent here he has learnt so much and the students have vastly impressed him with their confidence in the face of any challenge.

He looks forward to continuing to help the learners to grow and to equip them with the tools necessary to reach ever increasing heights.

In his classroom there is an emphasis on active learning which can manifest itself in many forms ranging from curriculum based games and problem solving challenges to the simulation of realistic or hypothetical scenarios. However the material is presented, the goal is always to promote the development of vital communication and thinking skills through exploration and self-discovery and then fine-tune it by providing meaningful feedback and practice in useful scenarios.

Life-long learning is a passion of his and he is excited to continue to learn and develop alongside the Regents Students.
