We will be having a New Parent Lunch on Tuesday 9 December at the Blue Frog in Fashion Park Mall (the mall near the school), at noon. If you can attend, please RSVP to Staci Banks, firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope to see you there.
Also, if you like to plan ahead, we have two more upcoming dates to take note of for January. First, on Wednesday 14 January, there will be a New Parent Lunch at noon, look out for further details but save the date.
On Thursday 22 January, the New Parent Tour group will have the pleasure of touring one of Shanghai’s Art Museums with the wonderful Julie Chun. This will be either the Long Museum, China Art Museum or the Bienale Events at the Power Station. Julie is a fantastic speaker, and she leads tours with many of the expat groups in various art venues around the city. She has a Master’s in Art History, and she is very knowledgeable about Asian Art. So, if you are interested in this tour, we would appreciate it if you would let us know as soon as possible. Cost will be 150 RMB per person + the cost of the bus. Once again, please RSVP to Staci at email@example.com.
Finally, there will be a New Parent Tea on January 30. Details to come!
