Meghan attended Loughborough University where she completed her BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. After completing her degree, she took up a graduate internship at the British International School, Phuket, where she supported the PE department, extracurricular and boarding programmes, and first started to develop her teaching. Meghan then returned to the UK to Loughborough University to complete her PGCE in Physical Education.
Upon qualifying as a teacher, Meghan worked in a secondary school in Buckinghamshire for five years. She was also School Sport Coordinator, organising numerous sports festivals for local primary schools and training young Sports Leaders. She loved working in this part of the UK but the need to travel, experience new places and learn, drew her to BISS Puxi. Meghan's main teaching philosophy is ensuring PE lessons are fun, encouraging students to be open to different types of activity with the aim to find something they love. At BISS, she is an IB Sport Exercise and Health Science teacher and leader of student IA coursework.
