The Student Council contributes to the success of The British College of Brazil. The Council's involvement in day-to-day life at school gives them a highly valuable leadership experience.
The Council works collaboratively to enhance communication between students, teachers, management, and parents, creating a positive atmosphere of mutual respect. As well as being committed to school development, they work together to establish relationships with the local community through fundraising projects. Through this, students develop important life skills such as project management, time management, and other leadership skills.
We encourage our Student Council to represent the international thinking of global citizens, connect with our global community, and assume a sense of responsibility to its members. With this in mind, we expect our Student Council members to be aware of current world issues and to consider ways to make positive contributions to our world.
