There are several events coming up in the next few weeks for parents to be aware of, and I wanted to share them with you.

On Saturday 8th October 2022, BIS Hanoi hosted its annual International Festival to celebrate the school’s various nationalities and cultures.

The focus for the Secondary assembly this week was exploring our identity as a multilingual learning community.

On Wednesday October 5th, we welcomed Backyard Theatre Ensemble (BYTE), an Australian theatre company, and drama students from BVIS Hanoi for an amazing day of hands-on learning and watching of the touring production of Hedda, Nora, Julie and me.

Next week we celebrate International Week, spending our energies reinforcing the principles that underpin global citizenship and intercultural learning.

Over the last few weeks, over 40 children from Year 6 have participated in the House Captain selection process.

Next week, our Year 9 and Year 11 students begin the process of choosing their subjects for the years ahead.

Our Community Survey helps us better understand how we're doing as a school in different areas.

This year we continue our re-accreditation with the Council of International School (CIS) and the Western Academy of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Students at The British International School Hanoi, part of the Nord Anglia Education global school family, are overjoyed after receiving their IGCSE results.

Leeel Kwak, our Year 7 student, was recently admitted as a second violin member of the Vietnam Youth Orchestra (VYO).

At the Graduation Ceremony on May 28, we said an emotional farewell to our wonderful Year 13 students.

Our students were invited to submit a recording of themselves playing the traditional march "Slaidburn" by William Rimmer, and over 100 videos from 35 of our schools across 21 countries were submitted.
