This week, Performing Arts students had the unique opportunity to work with a leading British military band when we welcomed the Band of The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers to our school.

A Place to Belong was created by BIS Hanoi students in collaboration with local graffiti artist and graphic designer Duong Giap to showcase six characters symbolising the BIS Hanoi's core values.

The recent Secondary Parent Welcome Evening was an incredible success, with an impressive turnout of over 120 parents.

In July, Pham Bui Gia Khanh (Year 11) with other Year 11s, Nguyen Khanh Linh, and Hoang Thai Anh launched their first activity of Chalk Road project, a student-led project dedicated to fostering holistic and sustainable education.

As the full timetable began on Monday, it was back down to reading, writing, maths, and our full specialist lessons across the week.

The positive energy and enthusiasm that fill our hallways are a testament to the strong sense of belonging that defines our community.

Students studying the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) have broken a new record at the British International School (BIS) Hanoi in 2023, and once again performed significantly above the global average.

Throughout both IGCSE and IBDP, Chaewon demonstrated great resilience and commitment to her learning. She went above and beyond to improve her studies whether it was inside or outside of the classroom.

We're pleased to announce that Hyeonchan (Year 9) and Xinyue (Year 11) has been selected as entrants for the 2023 MIT student challenge.

The last week of school is always filled with anticipation for all members of our community.

Both the school and parents have a role to play in empowering children to navigate the online world safely and with confidence.

On Thursday (15th June), we hosted our first ever Sports Awards Evening to celebrate many sporting success and achievements that our young athletes accomplished in this academic year.

As we move towards the end of this incredible academic year, there is much to celebrate.
