To our students, I commend you for your resilience, growth, and enthusiasm in your learning journey. Your progress has been inspiring, and I am immensely proud of your achievements.
I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to our parents for their continuous support and partnership. Your involvement in your child's education and dedication to their success have been invaluable.
To those students who will be leaving us to embark on new adventures in different countries and schools, I want to say a warm goodbye and good luck. Thank you for your contributions to our school community. We will miss you, and we wish you all the best in your exciting journey ahead.
Lastly, a friendly reminder that we will resume our educational journey on January 10th, refreshed and ready to embark on new challenges and achievements together.

Last week, our CCA Baking with students from Years 7-9 had a blast learning how to make fusion-style tiramisu, a delicious twist on the classic Italian dessert. We tried a quick method by mixing mascarpone with whipped cream, which is a versatile ingredient that can be used in many desserts. The students also learned how to make a fluffy sponge cake to substitute for the lady fingers. Everyone loves the decorating part, and the result turned out beautiful and delicious. They were thrilled to enjoy the final product and even got to bring some sweet treats home to share with their parents and teachers. We hope that this experience has inspired them to continue exploring the world of baking and cooking!
