Nursery children have been talking about a story of duck and farmer. They have worked hard to say different farm animals, to tell what they eat and even copy the sound the animals make. They enjoyed the songs and chants about farm animals very much.

Year 3 Lama Temple children are learning about a text ‘The Grape Valley’, a well-known tourism attraction in China. The students acted as tour guides and introduced The Grape Valley to their classmates with what they have learnt from the text, including where the grapes grow in The Grape Valley, what kind of grapes you can find there and how the raisins are made. We had great fun together!

Year 4 Lama Temple students learnt a fable story about a shepherd and his broken sheep pen. They discussed how to deal with mistakes and agreed that it is always not too late to correct one’s mistakes. They also shared their own experiences of making and correcting mistakes. Some students even tried to retell the story by using the key phrases from the text.
