Year 2 is learning in German all about books and the library. This week the children were happy to present their books from home. Last week we worked on the book presentation, we created cards to help the children to present their books, i.e. they would tell us all about the title, authors, what the story was about and their favourite moment.
Year 1 is creating their very first lapbook about the topic Mein Körper. The children love the idea of a lapbook, as it helps them to keep the important information about their learning in one place, its very visual and they created it themselves.
During the German ASA the children have been working hard on triaramas (pyramid diorama) about different inventions. First the children researched about the product and gathered the information. Then the children worked on triaramas to showcase their work.
