As always, German Department is never bored or lazy!
Year 5 and Year 6 have been learning all about Electricity and Greek Gods!
We have been reading texts and finding titles for the chapters, collecting ideas on how to save electricity and what can we do about it? We have read many texts about Greek Gods and were able to name them and write their special powers. What would be your super power?
„Frau Song, kannst du Regen machen?“
This question was asked in the German lesson in Year 3. Of course, we can do that! After learning all about the water cycle and writing all the steps of the water cycle down, the children were very excited about the rain and clouds. We then decided to conduct an experiment to see if we could make rain? The children had lots of fun when they saw blue drops! Can you think of how we did it?
Year 1 is learning all about the Water!
The children loved learning about water and ships. They even learned how to make a paper boat. Experiments are always fun! We looked at different objects and made predictions, whether they would float or sink. After the experiment we took notes of the results!
