This week has been very interesting in Year 2!
In Topic, the children have been exploring how plants grow and what they need to thrive. Through hands-on experimentation and observation, they have embraced their role of scientists, created hypotheses and engaged in critical thinking.
In each class, five plants have been planted. One of the plants has all the necessary elements for growth, including soil, light, water, seeds and optimal temperature. The remaining plants lack one of these essential components and we will monitor their progress in the upcoming weeks to assess the significance of these factors.
