Mein Körper
Year 1 children are learning all about their bodies! The children enjoyed working on their lapbooks, where they collected important information about the topic and vocabulary.
The children learned about teeth and have written a story about their personal experience with the tooth fairy and the teeth tin.
Unser Wetter
Year 3 children have completed the topic “Unser Wetter”. In this topic the children learned about the water cycle. They made a water cycle using paper plates.
They read different kinds of texts and completed the informative circle puzzle about the weather. The highlight of the topic was a story that every child wrote during our creative writing session.
Wale und Delfine
Year 4 children learned all about whales. The children have read lots of texts, information posters and made research, so they could choose a type of whale and prepare a presentation about it.
The children were very creative and chose different kinds of presentations. They created PowerPoints, posters, lapbooks and more.
Eulenspiegelgeschichten
Year 5 children on the German Programme have been learning about Till Eulenspiegel, a German folk hero of the 14th Century. Till Eulenspiegel was a peasant trickster whose jokes and pranks became the source of many folk tales. As a part of the Year 5 Curriculum, the children learned about this important literary figure, his life, and stories about him. The children worked on the informative text about Till Eulenspiegel, read different stories about his adventures and even acted out one story as a roleplay.

Our Year 1 and 2 students shone bright at this year’s KS1 Sports Day, showing off their team spirit, determination, and impressive sporting skills! From running and jumping to throwing and space hopping – they did it all with enthusiasm and heart.
Our young adventurers in Year 3 took on two days full of fun, laughter, learning, and a touch of bravery on their Residential Trip this week. They returned with stories, smiles, and some seriously impressive new skills.
