Year 1 and Year 3 Non-native Groups
The students from Year 1 and Year 3 (Non-native Groups) had review sessions this week. We reviewed material from the entire term.
The students engaged in a variety of activities and games to practise their listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Year 2 Non-native Groups
Year 2 have been learning about ‘Nature’ in their Chinese lessons. Students had lots of fun getting out of their classrooms to find nature in the school!
The students pointed to examples of nature, such as trees, the ground and dirt to practise speaking sentences like ‘I see the big, green tree’; ‘I see little kids playing on the ground’ and ‘I see soil next to the trees.’ They also challenged themselves to write Chinese characters on sticky notes and then labeled items of nature around our campus.

Before the holiday break, we had the privilege of hosting a memorable awards ceremony to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in sporty After-School Activities (ASAs). This special event allowed us to recognise the dedication, effort, and talent demonstrated by our students throughout the term.
Today, our students had the wonderful opportunity to take part in two live broadcasts with CNN and on the important topic of Climate Change.
