The Year 6 students enjoyed the opportunity to extend their Humanities learning and immerse themselves in an action-packed 'Ancient Greece Day'.
We began with the BSKL Ancient Olympics - a competitive battle between the four houses. The students then rotated around a carousel of activities. These included a delicious cooking session in the Food Technology room, an opportunity to create a satirical version of a Greek myth, and creating monoprints inspired by Greek vases in the new Art Studio. What a day!
Good nutrition is essential for children’s overall health and development, impacting their physical growth, cognitive function, and emotional wellbeing.
As we approach the final week of this term, it’s the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible achievements of our students over the past months.
