This week marked two very special milestones in the BSKL Primary School calendar as we celebrated both the Reception and Year 6 Graduation Ceremonies. These joyful events gave us the opportunity to reflect on the incredible journeys our children have made this year, and to look ahead with pride and excitement to the next chapters in their learning.
The Reception Graduation was a heartwarming celebration of early learning. With proud parents watching on, the children performed a charming poetry recital and sang a selection of songs that highlighted just how much they’ve grown in confidence, independence, and curiosity. It was a wonderful way to honour their early years in school, and the smiles on their faces said it all.
Meanwhile, the Year 6 Graduation was a powerful and emotional moment for our oldest primary pupils. The ceremony was filled with laughter, memories, and a deep sense of achievement. The audience was treated to amazing musical performances and thoughtful reflections, as well as a moving celebration of friendships, growth, and resilience. The students truly shone during the ceremony, showcasing the talents and personalities they’ve developed over their time at BSKL.
Both graduations were a fitting tribute to the hard work of our students, the dedication of our teachers, and the unwavering support of our parent community. We are so proud of each and every child who walked across the stage this week—whether taking their first steps out of Reception or preparing to spread their wings as they leave Year 6. Congratulations to all our graduates!
