As we move forward into the school year, one of the most powerful ways we can support our children’s growth, both academically and emotionally, is through the food they eat. Good nutrition isn’t just about physical health; it directly affects energy levels, concentration, mood, and overall wellbeing.
It may have been a short week, but what a busy and rewarding one it has been! It was fantastic to see so many of you at our Curriculum Mornings.
Following their outstanding performances at the Petaling Utama District Athletics Championships (MSSD) in June, siblings Sasha Year 12 and Zac Year 10 were selected to represent the district at the 2025 Selangor State Schools Athletics Championship (MSSS).
