The entire campus was transformed as students, staff, and families united in support of this much-loved charity tradition.
Pink Day reflects our school’s dedication to supporting important causes within our wider community. This year, we were honoured to raise funds for four incredible organisations: theBreast Cancer Welfare Association (BCWA),Hospis Malaysia, the Malaysian Association of Paediatric Palliative Care (MAPPAC), and theNational Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM).
Representatives from all four charities joined us on campus, meeting with families and speaking during our primary and secondary assemblies. They shared heartfelt stories about their work and explained how our contributions will directly help the people they serve. Hearing these messages made the purpose behind Pink Day even more meaningful.
The school grounds were lively from morning until afternoon, with an exciting range of stalls and activities for students and parents. The joyful atmosphere showed the true spirit of BSKL—working together, having fun, and supporting others.
A standout moment of the day was the flash mob on the Astro, where students from across the primary and secondary schools joined in a dynamic, dance session. Seeing so many enthusiastic participants dressed in pink was not only uplifting but also a strong reminder of what we can achieve together.
We are deeply grateful to every parent, student, and member of staff who helped make Pink Day such a success. Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to get involved have had a real impact.
Finally, our sincere appreciation goes to the Pink Day committee, whose planning and hard work made this event possible. Their dedication to building compassion, unity, and community spirit at BSKL continues to inspire us all.
