We are thrilled to share the incredible success of the 3rd NAE Invitational Swim Championship, hosted right here at our very own BSKL pool last weekend. It was a fantastic event that brought together young swimmers from NAS Jakarta, Garden International School, Alice Smith International School, and Prince of Wales Island International School – with a total of 200 participants competing over two days of fast-paced, exciting racing.
The championship was not only a showcase of talent but also a celebration of friendship, respect, and strong sportsmanship. Swimmers cheered for one another, made new friends across schools, and demonstrated the true spirit of competition.
We are immensely proud to announce that BSKL proudly claimed the Overall Champion title! Our swimmers shone brightly, and we want to give a special mention to those who achieved top individual rankings in their respective age groups:
· Rania – 3rd place, Girls 8 & Under category · Minsoo – 1st place, Boys 9-10 category · David – 3rd place, Boys 9–10 category · Seoul – 3rd place, Girls 9–10 category · Abi – 2nd place, Girls 11–12 category · Josephine – 3rd place, Girls 11–12 category · Arun – 3rd place, Boys 13–14 category
Beyond these fantastic overall rankings, our swimmers collected numerous medals and achieved many personal best times throughout the meet. Every single BSKL participant showed determination, focus, and a positive attitude – both in and out of the pool.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the supportive parents who cheered from the stands, volunteered, and encouraged our athletes every step of the way. Your presence made a huge difference.
To our entire BSKL Swim Team: well done! We are so proud of your performance and your conduct. Keep working hard, supporting each other, and shining at every future swim meet.
