BSKL Swimmers Make a Splash at GIS Early Fire Invitational! - BSKL Swim
23–24 May – What a weekend for our BSKL Lions!
Our swim team took on the GIS Early Fire Invitational Meet and came back roaring with pride. With 34 of our talented swimmers competing against 5 other schools and over 200 participants, the energy in the pool was electric. And our Lions? They didn’t just swim – they soared!

A massive LION’S ROAR to these incredible swimmers who claimed top overall positions:

David (Year 5) – OVERALL CHAMPION – Boys U11
What a performance! David dominated his category and brought home the gold. Way to go, David!

Jason (Year 3) – 3rd Overall – Boys U9
Brilliant swimming, Jason! That podium finish is well deserved.

Chelsea (Year 3) – 7th Overall – Girls U9
Amazing effort, Chelsea – fighting hard among a tough field!

Gudo (Year 5) & Carson (Year 6) – Both 4th Overall – Boys U11
So close to the podium! Incredible racing from both of you – we’re so proud!

Seoul (Year 6) – 4th Overall – Girls U13
You pushed hard and shone brightly, Seoul. Fantastic result!

Minsoo (Year 6) – 4th Overall – Boys U13
A superb all-round performance, Minsoo – keep chasing those medals!

Beyond the standings, so many of our swimmers achieved personal best times! Every splash, every turn, every breath – your hard work in the pool has truly paid off. It was a brilliant experience for all 34 of our Lions, and you represented BSKL with heart and determination.

And now for the news that made us all cheer the loudest… BSKL claimed the OVERALL CHAMPION TROPHY among all 6 schools!

That’s right – our team’s combined effort, spirit, and talent lifted the top prize. We made the Lions ROAR all the way across the GIS pool!

Huge congratulations to every swimmer, coach, and parent who supported this incredible weekend. You’ve shown what teamwork, dedication, and BSKL pride can achieve.

Keep swimming fast, Lions!

Let’s give them another cheer – well done, team!
