BSKL Summer Camps spark a summer of learning and friendship

BSKL’s Summer Camp Programme has finished a successful first season, welcoming students aged 3 to 18 from across Malaysia and beyond for a summer filled with learning, creativity and new experiences.

Open to both BSKL and non-BSKL students, the camps offered a wide range of activities spanning sport, STEM, languages, public speaking and the arts. With a strong emphasis on hands-on, screen-free learning, children spent their days building, creating, collaborating and exploring while developing valuable life skills and friendships.

The programme was led by BSKL staff and was enriched through partnerships with MYCSA (Malaysian Youth Cube Sports Association), The Speech Academy, Football Coach Arber, P3 Robotics and Pusan National University, giving students opportunities to learn from specialists in fields including STEM, leadership, communication and sport.

The enthusiasm of students, the support of families, and the dedication of staff helped make this a highly successful programme. In response to growing demand, BSKL has announced that Holiday Camps will now be offered during every school holiday period, with the next programme taking place during the October half-term break.

Feedback from families highlighted the impact of the camps. More than 1,500 sessions were conducted throughout the summer break. One parent shared: “My daughter has attended many holiday camps, but BSKL’s is her favourite. She enjoys learning from her teachers in a familiar environment, spending time with her friends, and building stronger relationships with the teachers. It’s always a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!”

As the summer draws to a close, BSKL looks forward to welcoming further students for more inspiring holiday camp experiences in the months ahead.
