Books play a significant role in our life, especially for children. Reading books increases the knowledge of students, improves their intellect, makes students aware of the various societies, and civilizations across the globe. Moreover, reading books enhances imagination and creativity in the student's mind.

Students at BVIS Hanoi, part of the global Nord Anglia Education family of schools, are celebrating today after receiving their long-awaited A Level and IGCSE results from the academic year 2019-20.
It is always very satisfying when you are seen to be achieving the goals that you set yourself. As you are aware, at BVIS we strive to enable children to become proficiently bilingual and this is a fundamental component of our Mission Statement.
From a very simple idea, Minh Tuan and Maika from BVIS Hanoi has started their own start-up project “Cobtain” with their friends. The project now aims to be a leading supplier of corncob products in the region and expand into the global market in the next 5 years.
In school, students have continued to enjoy their new topics and parents had the opportunity to learn about these at our Meet the Teacher evenings on Monday and Tuesday.
After our summer break, it was wonderful to finally welcome new students and their parents from Year 1 to Year 13 to the New Students’ Induction Day this Tuesday.
Sasu Do Quynh Ngoc (Graduated in 2020) and Nguyen Ngoc Tuan Dung (Y13) were President and Vice President of BVIS Debating club last year, respectively. Recently, Tuan Dung has been selected for the Vietnam National Debate Team. He will be representing the country at the 2020 World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC).
