Eliza holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and English and completed the Graduate Teacher Programme in 2013. Specialising in inclusive education, she is a qualified SENCO, certified in Psychometric Testing, and has recently completed her MEd in SEND & Inclusion.
With over 12 years of teaching experience, she began her teaching career in Art & Design in the UK before moving into pastoral leadership roles. She has also worked as an Art & Design moderator for the OCR exam board. She later moved to China, where she worked as Head of KS4 and Interventions Lead, developing strategies to support student progress. Eliza is also a member of the British Psychological Society and certified as a Senior Mental Health Lead.
In her spare time, Eliza enjoys painting, photography, reading and practicing yoga.
