IGCSE AND A LEVEL 2025-2026 RESULTS THAT OUTPERFORM THE AVERAGES IN ENGLAND
Year after year, BVIS HCMC students achieve examination results that significantly outperform England national averages, reflecting the strength of our British curriculum, outstanding teaching, and a culture that nurtures academic ambition.
In the 2025–2026 academic year, 57% of all IGCSE grades were awarded at A*–A, compared with the England national average of 22%. At A Level, 44.4% of grades achieved A*–A, significantly higher than the England average of 28.3%.
These exceptional outcomes are a testament to our students' commitment, our teachers' expertise, and a learning environment that challenges every learner to fulfil their potential.
OUTSTANDING LEARNER AWARDS FROM CAMBRIDGE AND PEARSON EDEXCEL 2025
Twelve Secondary students from the British Vietnamese International School (BVIS) Ho Chi Minh City have been awarded Outstanding Learner Awards by Cambridge and Pearson, based on their results in the international examinations for the 2024–2025 academic year. This impressive achievement continues to affirm BVIS’s exceptional educational quality within Vietnam’s international school system.
With 3 titles as ‘Top in the World’, 9 titles as ‘Top in Vietnam’, and 3 titles for 'High Achievements’, this year’s results reflect the high-quality international educational environment at BVIS. In our school we continuously challenge our student academically, while also developing holistically according to their interests, strengths, and personal passions through diverse experiences in sports, music, and leadership opportunities.
