Tram began her teaching career at the British International School (BIS, HCMC) in 2011, working with EYFS children. This experience helped her to build a strong foundation in early childhood education, focusing on nurturing young learners' curiosity and development. In 2013, she moved to the British Vietnamese International School (BVIS HCMC), where she expanded her teaching to primary classes, further broadening her experience across various age groups.
Her passion is centered on inspiring children to become lifelong learners and incorporates technology into her teaching methods, encouraging students to reflect on their own progress and actively improve their learning paths. By fostering a reflective mindset, Tram aims to empower students to take ownership of their education and cultivate the skills necessary for their future growth.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, discovering new places in Vietnam, and staying active by playing badminton.
