Empowering Global Change: A Recap of the Nord Anglia-UNICEF Summit 2023

Our Student Ambassadors Alexander and Olivier represented our school on the grand stage of the Nord Anglia-UNICEF Summit 2023 held in New York this summer. Their journey serves as a testament to the power of dedicated youth in steering global change.

Alexander and Olivier, 14^th grade International Baccalaureate students, stood tall among approximately 160 fellow students  chosen from 81 schools under the banner of Nord Anglia Education, spanning 31 different countries. United by a shared vision and fervor for transformation, they convened at   the United Nations headquarters, to engage in a transformative experience.

The summit offered a wide range of opportunities to these young visionaries. They were immersed in a series of captivating workshops, led by leading voices from UNICEF and "The Lesson of the World". These workshops strengthened their understanding of global issues, cultivated their sense of leadership and placed them at the forefront of innovation. The journey of our student ambassadors reminds us that the seeds of change take root in the minds of young people. We applaud their achievements and look forward to the waves of change they will continue to inspire.
