Celebrating a year of achievements: Champittet primary and secondary promotion ceremonies

At Collège Champittet, the end of the schoolyear is a time of reflection and celebration of our students’ achievements. From Preschool to 14th Grade, excitement was in the air on our Pully campus as our students took to the stage for their promotion ceremonies. We celebrated our 2025 promotions on two different days: June 18th for our students in Preschool to 8th Grade, and June 20th for our secondary students. 

Family, teachers and staff cheered our students on as they stepped up to accept prizes and awards. Our awards recognise our Champittet students at their very best, including prizes for Academic Achievement, Exemplary Behaviour, and our Boarding School, Library and Chaplaincy awards. In addition, we celebrated the many talents of our students and their impact on the wider community with new prizes to recognise accomplishments in music, sports (including best run times in the Lausanne 20km event) and social impact. Prize winners received a gift certificate to Payot Bookstore – an open-ended invitation to keep exploring new ideas and inspiration.

To cap off our Year of Music, our student musicians dazzled us with special end-of-year performances, displaying their impressive technique and creativity on piano, violin and more. Our young artists also showcased their talents by sharing drama and filmmaking presentations, projects that our students developed through our performing arts collaboration with Juilliard.

From the joyous celebrations of our primary students to the elegant ceremony of our secondary students, these were memorable days for the entire Champittet community. A festive round of games, food, live music and sunshine provided the finishing touch, giving our students an opportunity to look back on a successful year and get ready for the adventures of summer.
